This role will see the successful candidate design, install and maintain a range of BMS systems around the local area as well as performing reactive and planned maintenance on client sites. The right candidate will have knowledge of a selection of software listed below, but additional software training will be given.

The Training:

The Role:
- Design BMS architecture and control systems per project requirements
- Supervise and perform the installation of BMS hardware and wiring
- Configure and program BMS controllers and HMIs as well as perform system testing and troubleshooting
- Conduct regular system inspections and preventative maintenance on client sites
- Analyse building data to optimise energy performance
The Person:
- Full drivers licence
- Proven experience in a BMS Engineer role
- Understanding of at least one software listed above
