Salary: £40,600 - £61,000 + car / allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

We are seeking a highly skilled Smart Buildings Commissioning Engineer. As a commissioning engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering key projects to our clients.
The successful individual will be driven and technically confident to deliver exciting BMS projects, utilizing the latest technologies across sectors such as commercial offices, healthcare, and data centres.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Commissioning the installation of BMS and Control systems as outlined by the Project Manager.
- Developing your own software strategies and graphics engineering.
- Performing physical wiring checks, plant start-ups, providing technical support to other trades and subcontractors, and troubleshooting system defects.
What do I need?
- Experience commissioning BMS and Control systems, especially with Siemens PX and Trend IQ4 controls.
- Exceptional communication and reporting skills for maintaining strong relationships with team members and customers.
- Proficiency in crafting software strategies and graphics, with professionalism and dedication.
- A valid driving license due to frequent travel.
