About the Role

Base Location: Flexible across North East We're proud to offer a Flexible First approach to work, and this role is no exception.

Salary: £40,600 - £61,000 + car / allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: Permanent Full Time Flexible First options available

We are seeking a highly skilled Smart Buildings Commissioning Engineer. As a commissioning engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering key projects to our clients.

The successful individual will be driven and technically confident to deliver some exciting BMS projects, utilizing the latest technologies across sectors like commercial offices, healthcare, and data centres.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Commissioning BMS and Control systems as outlined by the Project Manager.
  • Developing your own software strategies and graphics engineering.
  • Performing wiring checks, plant start-ups, providing technical support, troubleshooting system defects.

What do I need?

  • Experience commissioning BMS and Control systems, especially with Siemens PX and Trend IQ4 controls.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills to maintain relationships with team members and clients.
  • Experience creating software strategies and graphics, demonstrating professionalism and dedication.
  • A valid driving license for frequent travel.
