Job Title: BMC Developer

Location: 100% onsite (Houston, Texas)

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain BMC Remedy workflows and forms.
  • Develop and maintain BMC Helix/Remedy reports and dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain BMC Business Workflow.
  • Provide technical support for BMC Remedy ITSM applications.
Qualifications (Must haves):
  • 3+ years of experience in BMC Helix/Remedy development.
  • Experience in BMC Digital Workplace and Business Workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM architecture and data model.
  • Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM workflows and forms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
(Preferred):
  • Knowledge of BMC Innovation Studio.
  • Knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM integrations.
