Job Details

We are on the hunt for a highly skilled Senior Security Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Security Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of secure network solutions that protect our data and systems from potential threats. You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of all data in compliance with our organization's security policies and standards. This role requires a deep understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM), SailPoint IIQ, Active Directory, LDAP, IAM Engineering, and Shell Scripting.

Responsibilities:
1. Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions to ensure the secure and efficient access to systems and data.
2. Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate security risks.
3. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement necessary security measures.
4. Collaborate with various teams to integrate security measures into the development and implementation of new systems and applications.
5. Monitor and analyze security logs and reports to detect and respond to security incidents promptly.
6. Provide technical guidance and support to junior security engineers and other team members.
7. Keep up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and countermeasures.
8. Lead incident response activities and participate in security breach investigations.
9. Develop strategies for the continuous improvement of the organization's security posture.

Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry.
3. Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM), SailPoint IIQ, Active Directory, LDAP, IAM Engineering, and Shell Scripting.
4. Proven experience in designing and implementing secure network solutions.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex security issues and provide appropriate solutions.
6. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical team members.
7. CISSP, CISM, or similar certification is highly desirable.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
10. High level of integrity and professionalism.
