Position Summary:

Responsible for building, maintaining, analyzing, and continuously refining EG America's retail and food planograms and floorplans.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead in the deployment and configuration of Blue Yonder solutions software, creating and implementing planograms and floorplans for all retail store locations

2. Partner closely with the IT and Project Management teams to integrate Blue Yonder solutions with critical Enterprise systems

3. Provide training and support to end-users, including creating documentation and user guides

4. Utilize Blue Yonder's analytics and reporting tools to analyze and generate insights and support category decision-making

5. Participate in project planning and management activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope

6. Responsible for preparing reports, presentations etc. on project plan, scope of work, delivery, and performance of Blue Yonder platform

7. Partner continuously with category managers and vendor partners to elevate, upgrade, evaluate, and refine retail and food planograms and floorplans.

8. Leverage space and assortment data to increase sales, profit, and space productivity on a monthly basis to meet or beat company budgets

Working Relationships:

Partnership with category management team, IT team, retail leadership as part of the space planning team


Minimum Education: Associate's degree or higher

Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data science, business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field

Minimum Experience: 2-3 years' experience working within Blue Yonder Software

Preferred Experience: 4-6 years proven experience with Blue Yonder Software Solutions

Licenses/Certifications: Certifications related to Blue Yonder Software and/or supply chain management

Travel: No travel required

Hours & Conditions: Typically, Monday - Friday, 8+ hour days in office setting - minimum of three days a week in the Westborough Home office with consideration of up to 2 flex days of remote work per week (performance based and subject to change)

Physical Requirements: Minimal physical effort required, sitting / standing at computer for long periods of time. Ability to maneuver and lift up to 10 lbs.
