Instructional Design:
Developing and designing engaging online course materials, assisting faculty with integrating Blackboard features, and providing guidance on best practices for online teaching.

Knowledge of instructional design principles, experience with online course development, and excellent communication skills.
Training:
Developing and delivering training programs for faculty and students on using Blackboard, creating training materials (e.g., videos, guides), and providing ongoing support.

Technical Support:
