About the Role

This is a 10 or 12-week summer internship for current MBA students.

Teambridge is at an inflection point - with strong product-market fit, a truly differentiated product, and a suite of new industry-changing launches coming this year. Now is the time to invest in our own business processes and organizational infrastructure.

This role is tailor-made for that MBA student who is a recovering Management Consultant or Investment Banker "looking to break into startups." We need someone who wants to get under the hood of a Series B startup and help us build an efficient internal operating system. This includes everything from creating processes from chaos, consolidating and orchestrating business-critical systems for Sales and Customer Success, defining (and then measuring) KPIs, and working hand-in-hand with our Leadership Team.

This role is cross-functional, and like any Series B startup, you'll get to roll-up your sleeves and work across the organization with everyone from Sales to Product, Marketing to Engineering, and Customer Success to People Operations.

What you will do
  • Sales & Marketing: Partner with Marketing & Sales to establish frameworks for tracking, measuring, and actioning MQLs, SQLs, and conversion rates throughout the funnel
  • Product & Engineering: Conduct research and partner with PMs on building bullet-proof PRDs for some of our biggest platform launches and changes
  • Pricing & Packaging: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on our pricing models of today (e.g. typical SaaS PEPM) and tomorrow (e.g. token based pricing)
  • Finance: Support Finance in debt capital market efforts by assisting with financial models and scenario planning. Help organize data rooms, track credit investor outreach, and maintain documentation for ongoing strategic finance initiatives
  • System migration: Roll your sleeves up with Salesforce, migrating data in disparate systems into a single source of truth for teams like Sales and Customer Success, and developing key company-wide dashboards for critical metrics
What you will need
  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or other similar fields
  • Move fast: Proven track record of success working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ownership mindset: You are motivated by the idea of owning something-your days of just making recommendations to a client are in the past
  • Cross-functional collaborator: You are an effective collaborator and communicator
  • Bias to action: You work proactively to address challenges and identify new opportunities. You don't wait for someone to hand you a problem to solve
  • Analytical problem solver: You are able to conduct the analysis yourself-you don't need to hand it off to a junior analyst
  • Prior fintech experience? Big plus
