POSITION SUMMARY

Join our team as a Bistro Cook and help create memorable meals for our guests. In this role, you will:
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping fresh fruits and vegetables.
  • Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients while adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Utilize ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers to cook a variety of delicious dishes.
  • Ensure food is cooked to perfection by testing for quality and making adjustments as needed.
  • Set up and break down your workstation efficiently for smooth operations.
  • Maintain a clean kitchen by washing and disinfecting surfaces, tools, and equipment.
  • Follow all safety and security policies to ensure a safe working environment.
You will also have the opportunity to develop positive working relationships with fellow team members while providing exceptional service to our guests. A part of your responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring uniform and appearance are professional at all times.
  • Being attentive to the needs and concerns of your colleagues.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a related position.

Supervisory Experience: None required.

License or Certification: None required.
