Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Biomedical Data Scientist to join our team in the Institute for Biomedical Informatics.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Performing data analyses
  • Writing clean and efficient code and creating analysis reports that are organized and reproducible
  • Interpreting routine analyses and completing scientific writing tasks (e.g., manuscripts, abstracts)
  • Managing data storage across servers/platforms

• Contributing to development of lab SOPS

Preferred Education/Experience
  • Master's degree in Bioinformatics or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in programming and data analysis
  • Proven experience with python, R, NGS data analysis
