We're seeking a highly-motivated Bioinformatics and Proteomics Group Leader to guide the application of our discovery platform and prioritize candidates for development in antibody-based therapeutics, including ADCs, TCEs, and cell therapies.

Responsibilities

  • The primary responsibility is guiding the application, data mining, and analysis of our O-glycoproteomics workflows of to identify novel, cancer-specific epitopes that are highly-amenable to actioning as therapeutic targets
  • Administering company informatic cloud services (Benchling, Bitbucket, Confluence, Jira, and GSuite)
  • Collaborate with wetlab scientists to efficiently capture key data in our Benchling LIMS
  • Mentor and guide a small team of scientists and research associates, fostering innovation

Requirements

  • Experience with proteomics experiment design and data analyses with a preference for O-glycoproteomics or other post-translational modifications
  • Effective cross-disciplinary communication skills to bridge computational and experimental research
  • M.S., or Ph.D., with experience in bioinformatics and proteomics
  • Leadership experience with guiding a small team of researchers and mentoring junior scientists
