  • Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure that all BIM models comply with industry standards, client requirements, and project specifications. Conduct quality control checks to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the models.
  • Technology Integration: Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and trends in the commercial drywall industry, continuously integrating new tools and processes that improve workflow and project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM management, with a focus on commercial construction, ideally in the drywall industry.
  • Proficient in BIM software, especially Revit, Framecad Structor, and Framecad Detailer.
  • Strong understanding of drywall systems, including installation, material specifications, and design requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with clash detection, coordination, and project coordination in a BIM environment.
