Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Assist construction project managers to estimate and adhere to proper budgets, create project schedules, and communicate project updates
• Oversee construction contract administration and submittal log processes to ensure that the contract document requirements are met throughout the construction experience
• Perform cash management, payroll, and billing tasks - prepare invoices, subcontracts, change orders, work orders, purchase orders, and punch lists
• Analyze contractual billing as well as construction project managers to estimate and adhere to proper budgets, create project schedules, and communicate project updates
• Understand contractual billing terms, and properly invoicing respective customers/clients

Software / Educational Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Accounting, or equivalent (preferred, not required)
• Proficiency within Microsoft Office platformss
• Deltek, Costpoint, Spectrum, or anything similar within the Construction/Engineering industry
