Work Environment & Flexibility
Extremely flexible with work hours.
Team members work a variety of shifts: 6-2, 7-3/4, depending on lunch breaks.
Strong emphasis on communication and accountability.
For example, if someone needs to leave early to pick up a child, they're welcome to finish up work later in the evening (e.g., 9 PM).
No strict 9-5 schedule, as long as work gets done and expectations are clear.
Training & Office Expectations
Would like new hires to come into the Fort Worth office
2 days a week during training
(typically 3-4 weeks).
She and her billing supervisor are usually in the office a couple of days each week.
The office is relocating sometime in May, so the in-person training component may vary depending on onboarding timing.
Onboarding & Hiring Process
She is ready to move fast - already ordering equipment for new hires.
Interview availability:
Tuesday between 11 AM - 3 PM
.
Looking for someone who is
excited to come into the office and make a difference

Experience & Background
Accounting background is a bonus, but
not required
.
Her best hire was a young police officer with no accounting experience.
No degree required
.
No specific industry experience necessary.
Will provide training on all processes.

Job Details & Skills Needed
Work involves creating invoices based on field activity reports.
Heavy focus on:
Attention to detail
Data correction
Clear communication
with operations to ensure proper revenue classification.
Use of
Excel templates
- most information autoflows into customer portals.
Highly repetitive work - must be comfortable with that.
Must know how to
prioritize tasks by due dates
and remain detail-oriented throughout.
