  • Training & Office Expectations
  • Would like new hires to come into the Fort Worth office 2 days a week during training (typically 3-4 weeks).
  • She and her billing supervisor are usually in the office a couple of days each week.
  • The office is relocating sometime in May, so the in-person training component may vary depending on onboarding timing.
  • Onboarding & Hiring Process
  • She is ready to move fast - already ordering equipment for new hires.
  • Interview availability: Tuesday between 11 AM - 3 PM.
  • Looking for someone who is excited to come into the office and make a difference.
  • Experience & Background
  • Accounting background is a bonus, but not required.
  • Her best hire was a young police officer with no accounting experience.
  • No degree required.
  • No specific industry experience necessary.
  • Will provide training on all processes.

  • Work involves creating invoices based on field activity reports.
  • Heavy focus on:
  • Attention to detail
  • Data correction
  • Clear communication with operations to ensure proper revenue classification.
  • Use of Excel templates - most information autoflows into customer portals.
  • Highly repetitive work - must be comfortable with that.
  • Must know how to prioritize tasks by due dates and remain detail-oriented throughout.
