Description

The Billing/Administrative Support Specialist supports the administration team by monitoring the status of accounts and balances, checking for inconsistencies and errors, and resolving client questions and issues relating to invoices. The Billing/Administrative Support Specialist focuses on understanding client contracts, the fees associated with the technical services we offer at TSTS, and building and maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sets up new client accounts in the billing software
  • Updates SharePoint with new client information or contracts
  • Assists in reviewing purchase orders for approval
  • Reviews monthly reoccurring fees and makes changes as appropriate
  • Reviews weekly time from employees that is billable to client
  • Oversees the monthly invoice process by reviewing for accuracy prior to billing
  • Resolves client questions and issues in a timely manner
  • Monitors and communicates with clients to collect receivables in a timely manner
  • Assist in processing client payments
  • Runs reports as appropriate for leadership
  • All other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to problem solve and identify areas of improvement
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred and/or three (3) to five (5) years of billing, office management, or finance which provides the knowledge and skills necessary to perform the required tasks for this position.
