Bilingual Supportive Services Case ManagerLHH Recruitment Solutions is helping our nonprofit client with an urgent need for a Supportive Services Case Manager. This position will be a blend of in-office and field work and will be a contract opporutnity, Monday-Friday, full-time. Mileage will be reimbursed for the field work.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a requirement.
This position will be focused on supporting a caseload of individuals experiencing mental and physical health ailments and will be the liaison and support for finding community resources, transportation to appointments, and other services as needed. Interested individuals must be passionate about helping others and be able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements - Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years case management/social work experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Must be proficient working within multiple software systems
Skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate and empathetic towards others, but understands how to maintain professional boundaries
- Strong ability to work well independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to document thoroughly
- Able to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Pay Details: $28.00 to $33.00 per hour
