Shift: Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM
What You'll Do as a Staffing Onsite Representative:
- Manage staffing operations and ensure efficient placement of qualified candidates
- Foster strong relationships with clients and address their staffing needs promptly
- Conduct candidate interviews, assess qualifications, and make hiring decisions
- Coordinate employee scheduling and resolve any staffing issues that arise
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and temporary associates
Work Experience The Preferred Candidate Might:
