Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Sherwin-Williams. In this role, you will interact closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional support regarding our product offerings. Please note that this position is part-time and based at Store , located at: 13134 West Ida Avenue, Littleton, CO 80127. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service.
- Assisting customers both in person and over the phone to determine their needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Building strong trust relationships with both wholesale and retail clients.
- Processing sales transactions accurately and consistently, following company policies and procedures.
- Aiming to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Maintaining accurate work order files and formulations.
- Preparing products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
- Tinting and mixing products according to customer specifications.
- Stocking shelves and organizing displays to enhance the shopping experience.
- Cleaning store equipment and maintaining a tidy environment.
- Loading/unloading delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries when required.
- Keeping assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Staying knowledgeable about products offered and discussing available options with customers.
- Adhering to inventory control procedures.
- Proposing suggestions to enhance sales.

Minimum Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must be authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
- If you are a current employee, you must have received a positive performance rating on your last appraisal.
- Completion of all required HR Cloud eLearning courses for your current position if you work internally.
Preferred Qualifications: - Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- High School diploma or GED.
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Experience in selling paint and related products is a plus.
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment is preferred.
