Position: Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Pay: $17.00 per Hour

Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (5-6 weeks)

Availability Requirements: Must be available between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM on Mondays and Thursdays; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for inquiries from applicants and organizations related to the NJ Family Care Program.
  • Offer personalized telephone support to applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees.
  • Document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and feedback accurately.
  • Input application and enrollment details into a web-based system for customers applying via phone.
  • Ensure you stay updated on NJ Family Care rules and relevant policies.
  • Provide clear, comprehensive, and accurate information about program requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Basic familiarity with a call center environment and customer service protocols.
  • The ability to build effective relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills through analysis and feedback.
  • A commitment to achieving results with empathy and professionalism.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • A background check and drug screening will be required.
Note: This position is not available in the following states: AK, CA, HI, MA, IL, MT, NY, and specific metro areas and Puerto Rico.
