Position: Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative - Remote Compensation: $17.00 per hour Paid Training Provided Remote Work with Equipment Supplied Full-Time with Comprehensive Benefits Are you ready to make a difference with a company that values fresh perspectives and dynamic thinking?
Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for 5-6 weeks.
Shift Availability: Must be available between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM on Mondays and Thursdays, and 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Role Overview: - Serve as the primary contact for inquiries from NJ Family Care beneficiaries and community organizations regarding the NJ Family Care Program.
- Provide personalized telephone assistance to applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees.
- Accurately log enrollment requests, status updates, complaints, and grievances.
- Input application and enrollment data into a web-based system for customers applying over the phone.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on NJ Family Care policies and related program guidelines.
- Deliver clear, accurate, and objective information based on thorough understanding of program requirements.
Qualifications: - Understanding of customer service in a call center environment and quality monitoring processes.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with applicants, beneficiaries, and team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to receive and provide feedback.
- Commitment to achieving results with knowledge and empathy.
- Able to work well with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Background and drug screening will be conducted.
