Order Processing / Customer Service Representative
Bilingual (Spanish) Required - Essential for communication with warehouse staff

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Order Processing / Customer Service Representative. This is not a call center role. The ideal candidate will have experience with order entry and customer service in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter and process a high volume of EDI and manual purchase orders
  • Manage Returned Goods Authorizations (RGAs) and issue credits as needed
  • Respond promptly to consumer inquiries and process refunds
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide order updates and resolve discrepancies
  • Email packing slips, invoices, bills of lading (BOL), and tracking details upon request
  • Contact customers or sales representatives to clarify or resolve order issues
  • Rotate into the Consumer Help Line once trained, assisting customers with product concerns or complaints
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in Spanish (required)
  • Prior experience in order processing/order entry (non-call center)
  • Familiarity with EDI systems (preferred)
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in computer systems and able to learn new software quickly
Work Schedule:
  • Regular Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:45 AM-5:15 PM; Friday, 8:45 AM-4:00 PM (45-minute lunch)
  • Summer Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM-5:15 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM-1:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Hourly Pay: $22-$24
  • Benefits (upon permanent hire): Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k)
Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
