Our client is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our remote support team. This is a contract position supporting customer inquiries through phone and CRM systems, ensuring an excellent experience for members and the broader community.
  • This position involves sales calls for memberships
  • This position will require you to read from a script in Spanish - you MUST be fluent in reading and speaking Spanish
  • Pay rate: $22 per hour
Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional, friendly customer service via phone and other channels.
  • Respond to inquiries about Girl Scout programs, memberships, and services.
  • Accurately log interactions and follow-ups in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Work within a rotating schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
  • Maintain a positive, solutions-oriented approach with a high level of empathy and efficiency.
  • Assist with sales-related inquiries; upselling opportunities may arise.
  • Collaborate with team leads to continuously improve service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written) - Mandatory
  • Customer service experience - Mandatory
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems - Mandatory
  • Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.
  • Must be flexible and able to work across different time zones.
  • Comfortable with remote work technology; GSUSA will provide a laptop.
  • Availability to work 30-40 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Girl Scouts programs or mission is a plus.
  • Additional language skills beyond Spanish are a plus.
