Job DetailsThe Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruitment and hiring strategy for Company to attract and secure top talent across all functions. This role will oversee a team of recruiters, partner with senior leadership, and drive initiatives that ensure recruitment processes are efficient, inclusive, and aligned with growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, skilled at developing strong pipelines and fostering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies
- Lead scalable talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring goals.
- Create sourcing plans, innovative campaigns, and initiatives to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates.
- Effectively source for roles based on business and departmental needs.
- Maintain accurate databases related to recruiting, job boards, Handshake, and industry-specific agencies.
Manage Talent Acquisition Team
- Mentor, develop, and manage recruiters, providing guidance on best practices, productivity, and talent pipelines.
- Foster a collaborative team environment ensuring high-quality internal stakeholder service.
- Evolve the Talent Acquisition team into a strategic, proactive business partner.
Drive Executive and Niche Talent Searches
- Partner with hiring managers and executives on key hires for critical roles, including senior management.
- Oversee recruiting efforts for specialized, high-skill positions company-wide.
Optimize Candidate Experience and Recruitment Operations
- Improve candidate experiences and reduce hiring timelines.
- Work closely with HR and managers to streamline interview and onboarding processes.
Analyze Metrics and Report on Hiring Progress
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate satisfaction, and quality of hire.
- Utilize analytics to optimize processes and address hiring challenges.
Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Hiring
- Implement DEI initiatives to ensure diverse talent pools and inclusive hiring practices.
- Collaborate with HR and managers to eliminate biases and establish fair evaluation criteria.
Build and Maintain Relationships
- Establish partnerships with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand business needs and priorities.
- Develop networks with external talent, industry leaders, and educational institutions to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, including at least 3 years in management.
- Proven ability to create recruitment strategies and manage full-cycle recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in HR or related field.
- Recruitment experience in specific industry, e.g., technology, finance, healthcare .
- Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, PHR, AIRS).
