Job Title: Customer Service Support Representative
Location: In-Office Position
Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Support Representative. This role is very fast-paced and high volume, primarily focused on customer service. You will ensure their satisfaction through high-quality service and efficient handling of inquiries and orders.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, prioritizing high-volume emails.
- Complete customer forms, answer questions, and adjust customer orders as requested.
- Prepare literature and inquiries for the daily production meeting.
- Attend production meetings with department supervisors to discuss customer orders and communicate updates to customers.
- Handle lots of correspondence and interact with various personalities.
- Enter customer orders and reconcile/confirm inbound/outbound transactions.
- Process price changes and file orders, contracts, and quotes.
- Print, log, and process quote requests.
- Formalize and email quotes once completed by the team.
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss open action items.
- Act as a backup to the front desk administrative assistant in their absence, managing phone calls, visitors, meeting preparation, and maintaining the coffee machine.
- Assist the Supervisor with special projects, training, onboarding, and company events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (verbal/written) are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
- Experience with customer portals is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, pride in accuracy, and exceptional multitasking skills.
- Experience in traditional front desk operations and the manufacturing world is highly desirable.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
