Position Overview:
We are seeking a Bilingual Retirement Specialist - Insurance Agent to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional looking to build a rewarding career in insurance sales. You will focus on acquiring new clients, providing personalized financial solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective follow-ups and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
Educate clients on life insurance, IUL, and annuity products to help them plan for a secure retirement.
Acquire new clients through prospecting, networking, and community outreach.
Conduct marketing initiatives, including social media engagement, educational seminars, and local events.
Follow up with potential and existing clients to nurture relationships and provide ongoing support.
Collaborate with a team to drive company growth and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with Florida insurance regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required.
Florida 2-15 or 2-40 insurance license (or willingness to obtain one).
Strong sales skills with a passion for helping clients secure their financial future.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a flexible schedule and work in a hybrid environment.
