This position plays a crucial role in the success of our retail operations. Retail Sales Associates engage with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries about our products, and recommend the ideal solutions. Associates are expected to address customer concerns promptly, ensuring maximum satisfaction, while staying updated on product features and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the store.
Your key responsibilities will include delivering outstanding customer service and consistently achieving store sales goals. You will work with various payment methods, electronic equipment, and store merchandise, potentially with limited supervision. A review of criminal history is a necessary process to safeguard our customers, staff, and the overall operations of our business.
The individual selected for this role will be expected to travel to stores within a 15-mile radius of our Bellevue-Bel Red Store: Store , located at 13500 Bel Red Road, Bellevue, WA 98005.
This is a part-time position, with a starting pay of $22.00 per hour.

Minimum Requirements: - At least 18 years old.
- Legal authorization to work without sponsorship.
- A valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally.
- Availability to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - High School diploma or GED.
- One year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
- Experience selling paint or related products.
- Knowledge of tinting and mixing equipment.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language, preferably Spanish.
