As a Bilingual Retail Customer Service Representative at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. You'll engage with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, provide answers to their inquiries about our products, and recommend appropriate solutions. Your primary focus will be on maximizing client satisfaction while contributing to the store's sales success.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Assisting customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products.
- Building strong, trusting relationships with our customers.
- Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies.
- Aiming to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Maintaining organized work order files and precise formulas.
- Retrieving and preparing products from our sales floor or warehouse.
- Tinting and mixing products according to customer specifications.
- Stocking shelves and creating attractive displays.
- Keeping store equipment clean and maintaining inventory.
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks as necessary and assisting with deliveries.
- Keeping assigned areas in-stock and presentable.
- Staying knowledgeable about product offerings and discussing options with customers.
- Providing suggestions for improving sales performance.
Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for a work visa.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to work scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications: - Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- High School diploma or GED.
- One (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
- Previous experience in selling paint and related products.
- Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
