Reporting to the Owner/Strategic-Partner, the Bilingual Receptionist is responsible for recruiting and selecting Field Associates and for handling a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to: answering phones, managing our on-line ads, handling our walk in candidates, managing our office supplies and pre-screening candidates for in office interviews.

Responsibilities include:
  • Answer multiple line phone, take messages and handle first line of candidate and client interface to ensure a pleasant and efficient interaction with PrideStaff
  • Pre-screen and schedule for in office interviews the best potential candidates
  • Provide ongoing and consistent contact with candidates while offering professional and value-added career guidance.
  • Interview and administer evaluations to determine skill level of candidates.
  • Handle all walk in candidates to efficiently process them and get them added to our system
  • Execute all critical paperwork required in the hiring process, including administering the Federal I-9 E Verify system.
  • Make telephone calls and follow-up with clients/potential clients on a variety of matters.
  • Recruit top level administrative and light industrial professionals; interview and identify temporary, temporary- to-hire and direct hire opportunities for these candidates.
Requirements: The ideal candidate For the Recruiting Assistant position possess the following skills and or characteristics:
  • One to three years proven experience in a professional environment.
  • Ability to resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Internet Search Experience
  • College degree preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred. (English/Spanish)
  • Military Background welcome

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $16.00 - $19.00 Per Hour
