Bilingual Front Desk Clerk to join our dynamic Corporate Team. We are located in Bensalem, PA, and looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Role Summary: As a vital member of our team, the Bilingual Front Desk Clerk will create a welcoming experience for visitors and callers alike. You will be instrumental in delivering personalized experiences and making memorable first impressions of HCSG.
Main Duties and Responsibilities: Reception/Front Desk: - Welcome and greet all visitors, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
- Sign visitors into the system and issue badges as necessary.
- Manage incoming phone calls effectively by answering, screening, and directing them appropriately.
- Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
- Ensure guest safety and security by monitoring company access.
- Provide Spanish translation services to callers to assist them in reaching the right department.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding employee and company information.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
Facilities: - Keep the reception area, front entrance, and breakroom tidy and organized.
- Ensure waiting areas are clean and inviting.
- Maintain stock levels for office supplies and kitchen areas.
- Report building concerns to management as needed.
- Support by picking up mail from a nearby office when necessary.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
General Administration: - Assist in coordinating room setups and catering for meetings.
- Carry out clerical duties like filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Schedule meetings and assign conference room usage.
- Act as a networking team member as directed.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications: - High School Diploma is required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential.
- 2-5 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Experience in providing translation services is a plus.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize workloads.
- Professional, friendly demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented and focused on accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assignments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with office equipment such as computers, printers, and voicemail systems.
Working Conditions: The office operates from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the receptionist primarily in an office environment.
