About Us:
Our luxury real estate company in Beverly Hills seeks a highly organized and customer-focused Bilingual Receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in English and Spanish
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service
- Make rent collection calls to tenants (Spanish language proficiency required)
- Manage front desk operations
- Handle correspondence and mail
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain office supplies and organization
- Provide administrative support to agents and staff
Requirements:
- 1+ year of receptionist experience (real estate experience preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Professional demeanor and attire
Preferred Qualifications:
- Real estate license (a plus)
- Experience with CRM software
- Familiarity with Beverly Hills market
- Previous experience in property management
