This person will work in a call center environment supporting our customer's
needs. This role requires a customer-focused individual who is personable and responsive. We are looking for strong communication skills, rapport building and personalities that fit into our team and customer-focused culture.

Responsibilities:
  • You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients.
  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 2+ years related experience with proven customer service and technical experience required
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Professional and pleasant telephone manner
  • Ability to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical employees and customers
This role is 100% onsite in Irving.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $21.00 - $23.00 Per Hour
