Job Details for Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal:

Schedule : Monday-Friday, Fully in office.
Pay Rate: Based on experience, $75k-$80k
Direct Hire Opportunity: Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K and Bonus Opportunity.

Job Responsibilities & Description for a Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal :
Provide administrative support to the lawyer to enhance law office effectiveness.
Communicate with clients, law offices, insurance adjusters, medical offices, and experts.
Manage prelitigation and litigation matters from start to finish.
Open and close files, including medical records, police reports, and other legal documents.
Interact with and contact existing clients daily.

Job Requirements for a Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal:
Five years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in personal injury law
Familiarity with New Jersey e-courts, N.J. court rules, and legal procedures.
Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and writtena PLUS
