The ideal candidate will possess:
- 5+ years personal injury, immigration, or MDL plaintiff litigation experience
- The ability to work a file from inception to trial
- A proactive, take ownership type of personality that works well as a true member of the team
- Exceptional customer service and empathetic communication skills
- The ability to communicate in Spanish fluently
