We need to hire a Full-Time Bilingual Receptionist / Clerical Assistant to answer phone calls and perform clerical tasks to support the Body Shop's daily operations MONDAY - FRIDAY, from 8 to 5. • Greet customers and a nswer calls on a multi-line telephone system in a courteous, professional manner, s chedule Body Shop appointments, receive payments, d ata entry, file paperwork
• Perform clerical tasks to assist with daily operations
  
  

Requirements - Receptionist / Clerical Assistant:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required
• Body Shop Receptionist / Clerical experience is required
• Must be dependable.
• Multi-line phone system experience is preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Able to multi-task and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
