Job Title: Bilingual Spanish Receptionist (Temp-to-Hire)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional attitude
  • Answer and direct phone calls in both English and Spanish
  • Schedule appointments and maintain front desk calendars
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • 1+ year of receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced environment
Location: Pasadena, CA/Onsite
Pay Rate: $20 - $24/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday
