Job Responsibilities:- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional attitude
- Answer and direct phone calls in both English and Spanish
- Schedule appointments and maintain front desk calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:- Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- 1+ year of receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced environment
Location: Pasadena, CA/Onsite
Pay Rate: $20 - $24/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday
