Your Day-to-Day:

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences - Help customers find the best wireless solutions and ensure satisfaction from start to finish
• Drive Sales - Hit and exceed individual and store goals
• Team Support - Collaborate with Store Leadership and contribute to overall team success
• Ongoing Training - Complete required trainings to sharpen your product knowledge and sales skills
• Represent the Brand with Professionalism - Handle customer concerns with care and a positive attitude

What You Bring:

• 1+ Year of Retail or Sales Experience, ideally in the wireless industry
• Passion for Wireless Tech & Customer Service
• Excellent Communication Skills in both English and Spanish
• Flexible Availability - Evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Willingness to Travel to nearby locations when required
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
