Supervises clinical and clerical staff, monitors customer satisfaction, improves clinic flow, meets fiscal responsibilities, communicates with staff/physicians, ensures clinic performance improvement, conducts educational activities, and meets regulatory requirements. Requires Bachelor's degree in Nursing, 5 years of related experience, Alabama RN license, CPR certification, and strong communication skills.
