We're seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across multiple field and facility locations. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for all things people-handling everything from compliance to recruiting, benefits, and employee relations in a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground environment.


What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, programs, and procedures.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to offboarding.
  • Support and execute HR programs across compensation, benefits, performance, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Coordinate hiring efforts for hourly and temp roles, including job postings, interviews, and offer letters.
  • Conduct and improve orientation and employee engagement/recognition programs.
  • Partner with managers to support coaching, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Maintain compliance with all employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
  • Travel to branch locations (twice monthly) to support on-site HR needs.
  • Handle sensitive investigations, accommodations, and terminations with professionalism and confidentiality.

What You Bring

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
  • Previous experience with and knowledge of employment law & HR best practices.
  • 2+ years of HR management experience in an industrial, field services, or manufacturing environment OR 3-5 years in an HR Generalist role in similar settings.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
  • Solid communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build trust across all levels of an organization-from the shop floor to senior leadership.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, hands-on environments and traveling regularly.
