Position Summary: The Bilingual HR Generalist supports key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, training, and compliance. This role works closely with HR leadership and employees at all levels to foster a positive and effective work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes
- Support payroll and timekeeping systems (Attendance on Demand)
- Assist with onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives
- Implement HR policies and ensure legal compliance
- Coordinate HR events and support performance management
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and respond to HR-related inquiries
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
- 3-5 years of HR generalist experience (manufacturing preferred)
- HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
