ABR Employment is hiring for a Bilingual Human Resources Assistant/Receptionist (Entry Level) in our Fitchburg location.
Compensation: $18$21 per hour (Hourly, Full Time)
Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm (non-negotiable)

Were seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Assistant/Receptionist who is detail-oriented, service-minded, and eager to learn. Youll play a vital role in supporting our HR department while also serving as a welcoming point of contact for visitors and internal team members. What Youll Be Doing: HR Support & Reception:
• Serve as the friendly face of the HR teamgreet visitors and respond to inquiries about job opportunities, policies, and procedures.
• Manage the HR email inbox and ensure timely distribution of departmental mail.
• Organize and maintain accurate employee files and records. Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Coordinate pre-employment processes such as testing, drug screening, and scheduling.
• Assist with new hire orientation logistics and onboarding documentation.
• Support HRIS updates for new hires and terminations. Training & Development:
• Maintain and update training records and platforms.
• Monitor training completion and send reminders for overdue items.
• Generate reports and support ongoing training initiatives. Event & Culture Support:
• Help coordinate company events like milestone celebrations and community engagement activities.
• Manage processes for branded apparel and new hire welcome gifts. Communication & Organization:
• Update and distribute internal communications including organizational charts and shift schedules.
• Handle employment verifications and maintain internal contact updates. Safety & Security:
• Support safety programs including reimbursement tracking for safety gear.
• Schedule and attend Safety Committee meetings, taking and distributing notes.
• Manage building access cards and maintain related data systems. What Youll Need to Bring:
• Associates degree in Administrative Support or a related field preferred
• At least 1 year of administrative experience (HR or manufacturing environment a plus)
• Bilingual skills (English/Hmong or English/Spanish) strongly preferred
