Job Summary : LHH is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Human Resources Assistant to join one of our clients in Duluth, GA. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, and will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance in both English and Spanish.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and participate in employee engagement activities and events.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Translate HR documents and communications as needed.
Qualifications: - Fluency in English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
