Responsibilities:
  • Form and maintain employee records.
  • Communicate with internal partners and report regularly on HR metrics, such as turnover and headcount.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.
  • Support weekly payroll audits and serve as a backup for payroll.
  • Manage talent management processes, including performance reviews and evaluations.
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Conduct employee onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Address employee concerns and promote a positive work environment.
  • Generate HR reports and maintain accurate records in both electronic and paper form.
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience being in an HR Generalist role, with a focus on payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., ADP, Workday) and intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately while prioritizing tasks.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required.
Additional Information:
  • Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM.
  • Type: Direct Hire
  • Compensation: $65,000-75,000 annually
  • Location: Fort Worth, TX 76140

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
