Are you an organized, people-focused professional with a passion for helping others and keeping things running smoothly? We are looking for a Bilingual Spanish, Human Resources Administrator.

This is a full-time, on-site position with a standard schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruiting and onboarding of new hires
  • Handle and safeguard confidential employee records and personal information
  • Support day to day administrative HR functions such as filing, recordkeeping, and employee communications
  • Respond to employee questions and direct them to the appropriate resources
  • Coordinate and help organize monthly employee events, such as luncheons, holiday parties, and recognition celebrations
  • Help with compliance tracking, orientation sessions, and document collection
What We're Looking For:
  • Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Experience in HR support, onboarding, or administrative roles
(1-3 years preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to handling sensitive information confidentially
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Enthusiastic and friendly attitude with a can-do approach
  • Previous experience in a management or team lead role is a plus
