CBC Education is looking for a qualified bilingual individual to fill our full time Front Desk position. Our agency provides ABA (Applied Behavior Services), DIR/Floortime and Social Skills Training to infants, school-aged children, teens, and adults.
The main duties for this position: - Greet parents and clients in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive
- Perform office duties as assigned (filling, prepare outgoing mail, data entry and other duties)
- Efficiently answer multi-line phone, direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
- Update client and staff schedules
- Provide clerical support to all programs
Qualifications: - High School Diploma
- 1+ years of experience answering a multi-line phone system in a fast pace environment and using a scheduling system.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good decision making and problem resolution skills.
- Familiar with office machines (fax, printer, phones, etc.)
- Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) knowledge.
- Strong time management, organization skills, and work ethic.
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking)
- Customer care oriented
- Successfully Pass Background Clearance
- Flexible ability Monday - Saturday
- Adjust to changes as needed
