Key Responsibilities: Front Office Management: - Greet and check in patients professionally and courteously.
- Manage phone calls, handle inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
- Assist clients with forms, paperwork, and general information.
- Ensure the waiting area is welcoming, clean, and organized.
Client Services Support: - Coordinate with our Client Services department to schedule and confirm appointments.
- Maintain and update patient records accurately and confidentially.
- Assist in managing appointment reminders and follow-ups.
Medical Billing Assistance: - Collaborate with our Revenue Cycle Manager on billing processes and procedures.
- Assist in preparing and submitting billing claims to insurance companies.
- Handle insurance verification and resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
- Track and follow up on unpaid claims, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of billing activities.
Marketing and Outreach: - Support marketing efforts to promote our clinic's services.
- Participate in networking and outreach activities within the community to build relationships and increase clinic visibility.
- Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, both digital and print.
Qualifications: - Experience in one or more relevant fields such as front office management, client services, medical billing, or marketing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with office software and technology.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with department leaders and team members.
- Spanish language skills are required.
