Job description

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to lead and oversee a team of Field Representatives responsible for nurturing relationships with partner body shops and chiropractic clinics, as well as expanding our network with similar businesses. This role requires a leader who can drive sales growth, develop efficient processes, and optimize field operations. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background (preferably field sales), experience in process mapping, and familiarity with the legal or personal injury industry. A key aspect of this role is traveling to meet and support the Field Reps and partner entities to ensure consistent performance and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead & Manage Field Representatives: Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to ensure sales targets and partnership goals are met.
  • Develop and Optimize Sales Processes: Implement best practices in sales, lead generation, and partner relationship management.
  • Expand Strategic Partnerships: Identify new body shops, chiropractic clinics, and other relevant businesses to onboard as partners.
  • Conduct Field Visits: Travel regularly to different locations to check in with Field Representatives and maintain relationships with key partners.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and partnership opportunities.
  • Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in outreach and deal closing.
  • Report & Present Findings: Prepare reports on sales, partnership developments, and market insights for senior leadership.
Requirements

Bilingual (English & Spanish) - required for effective communication with partners and clients.

Sales Leadership Experience - 3+ years in field sales, business development, or territory management, ideally managing a sales team.

Process Mapping Expertise - ability to create and refine processes to improve efficiency and performance.

Industry Knowledge (Preferred but Not Required) - experience working with body shops, chiropractic clinics, or legal services is a strong advantage.

Strong Negotiation & Relationship Management Skills - ability to develop long-term partnerships and close deals.

Travel-Ready - Must be willing and able to travel frequently across California to meet with Field Representatives and partner entities.

Valid California Driver's License & Own Vehicle - required for travel.
