Overview We are looking for a Full-Time energetic and self-motivated professional who is bilingual in Spanish to join our team.
This position will be working out of our corporate office in Long Beach.
This position requires someone who is creative and dynamic with a "Yes we can." attitude.
This is not a remote position
Responsibilities- To improve the customer phone experience, reduce hold times and phone transfer
- To reduce the amount of calls that need to be transferred to coordinator
- Assist the caller by utilizing system to help with items such as the following but not limited to: cancellations, confirming schedules
- Upholding high standard of quality customer service
- Maintaining reception duties
- Document notes in the visit
- Change status of the visit to EX (caregiver cancellation)
- Re-open the visit as 'unassigned' & email Staffing
- Assist field staff with clocking in/out of mobile system
- Assisting callers with confirming schedules
- Assist field staff with confirming client visit
Qualifications- Ability to speak and write in Spanish is a must

- bility to utilize and operate computers, scanners, copy machines and other basic office equipment
- Ability to lift 30 pounds
- Ability to work in the office (please note - this is not a remote position)
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to relate to people from different socio-economic backgrounds
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
Requirements - 18+ years of age or older
- Punctuality and excellent attendance required
- Valid driver license and vehicle in working condition with current liability insurance
- Eligible for employment in the United States
- Ability to pass a background and reference check
