Your Role: As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our client's customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling all tolling and administration-related customer inquiries with the information gained during training and available resources.
- Identifying customer needs and providing accurate and complete information.
- Processing transactions through our mainframe or web-based applications.
- Submitting research requests accurately and concisely.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the company and client programs, policies, and technology.
- Communicating warmly and empathetically with customers.
- Adhering to confidentiality requirements and regulations.
- Providing support to other team members during peak workloads or absences.
