As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will collaborate closely with both wholesale and retail customers to assess their needs, address their inquiries regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the most suitable solutions. Your role is crucial in promptly resolving customer concerns and ensuring maximum satisfaction while keeping abreast of product features and upholding high-quality and visual standards for our products and store.
Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and actively working towards the store's sales targets.
- Engaging with customers in person and over the phone to understand their needs and showcase appropriate products and services.
- Building strong trust-based relationships with customers and processing sales transactions accurately according to company policies.
- Maintaining organized work order files and mixing products as per customer specifications.
- Ensuring stock is properly presented on shelves and creating eye-catching displays.
- Contributing to the cleanliness and functionality of store equipment.
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks, and assisting with deliveries when necessary.
- Keeping track of stock levels and suggesting improvements for sales.

Requirements: - Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
