As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will collaborate closely with both wholesale and retail customers to assess their needs, address their inquiries regarding Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the most suitable solutions. Your role is crucial in promptly resolving customer concerns and ensuring maximum satisfaction while keeping abreast of product features and upholding high-quality and visual standards for our products and store.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and actively working towards the store's sales targets.
  • Engaging with customers in person and over the phone to understand their needs and showcase appropriate products and services.
  • Building strong trust-based relationships with customers and processing sales transactions accurately according to company policies.
  • Maintaining organized work order files and mixing products as per customer specifications.
  • Ensuring stock is properly presented on shelves and creating eye-catching displays.
  • Contributing to the cleanliness and functionality of store equipment.
  • Loading and unloading delivery trucks, and assisting with deliveries when necessary.
  • Keeping track of stock levels and suggesting improvements for sales.

Store , located at: 6737 E Baseline Rd. Mesa, AZ 85206
Training will occur at Store , located at: 1414 S Crismon Rd. Mesa, AZ 85209.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
  • Must be legally authorized to work without needing employment visa sponsorship.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
  • Flexibility to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
  • Experience in selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Proficiency in operating tinting and mixing equipment.
