Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Support Representative
Salary: $19.06 per hour / $38,405.90 annually
% Bilingual Skill Differential

  • $1,000 completion incentive after successfully finishing training and orientation (approximately 6 months)
  • 10% evening shift differential for applicable shifts

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • In-office position - must commute to 3535 W Pipkin Rd, Lakeland, FL 33811
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Strong computer, grammar, and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
